Nearby routes: When you launch the app, WalkJogRun maps a red pin at your current location and offers to find routes near that spot. If you want to find running routes elsewhere, drag the pin anywhere else in the world or use the search field, and WalkJogRun will find routes near that updated location. Tapping the blue arrow displays the available distances (1 mile, 2 miles, 3 miles, and so on). Tap a distance to browse the routes.

Go the distance: After you select your desired distance, WalkJogRun lists the closest matching routes, along with the exact distance and the estimated time it will take you to run based on the running pace you supply. The closest routes are listed first, including the distance from your location to the starting point. Tap a route to show it on the map.

Running path: WalkJogRun displays your selected route on the map, with the start and finish labeled with green and red icons. Swipe and pinch to move and zoom around the map. Tap the Details button, and WalkJogRun shows a description of the run, including the exact distance, the estimated number of calories you’ll burn, and the time it will take based on your expected running page.
