Photo greeting: Start off by snapping a photo or choosing one from your photo library. Crop and position the photo as you wish, or add a decorative frame to the photo. After saving your selection, the app prompts you to type a message. There’s a sketchpad option, too, which lets you include your signature or even a simple color drawing.

Snail Mail: When you’re ready to send your postcard, type the mailing address, or tap the + button to choose an address from your contacts. Mailing a physical card requires a virtual stamp, which you buy by tapping Stamps in the dock. Stamps cost $2 for one-offs, but discounts are available via bulk purchases for as little as $1.60 each. If the price is too rich, send your postcard for free via email by tapping the E-mail tab.
Postino
Version: 1.0.4
Website: AnguriaLab
Having a great time! Wish you were here! Postino lets you share your vacation bliss without ever leaving the beach. The app lets you mail actual paper postcards featuring your own photos anywhere in the world for $2 or less. Choose a photo, type a note, add grandma’s address, and you’re done; the postcard arrives about a week later. (If paper postcards seem too last century, Postino also sends ecard versions for free.)
